2024 Annual Meeting

Our Annual Meeting will be held this Sunday directly following worship. 

The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to conduct the following business:

• To provide reflections on events of the past year.

• To review plans for the upcoming year.

• For important congregational votes, including approval of the proposed 2025 Church Budget.

• Approval vote for the election of new Officers and Ministry Teams Leadership.

On the agenda we will discuss Membership as it relates to Article II of the Church Constitution. Proposed amendments will be presented and voted upon.  Details of the proposed changes can be found in the Annual Report email and the Church Witness both going out this week.

We will conclude with the lighting of the Candles of Hope for the coming year.
